Refund & Cancellation Policy
How to cancel, what happens when you do, and when you can get your money back.
Try it before you pay
Every prompt template can be browsed, filled in and downloaded for free, without an account. You can see exactly what you are buying before you subscribe, and the free account tier costs nothing. The Pro plan adds places to keep and organise your work.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time — there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Open Pricing while signed in and choose Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then move to the free account tier. Your saved work is not deleted when your subscription ends, though features above the free tier's limits become read-only.
Refunds
14-day money back on your first payment. If you subscribe and decide within 14 days that it is not for you, email us and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.
Beyond that first payment:
- Renewals. We do not generally refund a renewal you simply forgot to cancel — but if you contact us promptly after an unwanted renewal and have not made substantial use of the Service in the new period, we will normally refund it. Just ask.
- Part-used periods. We do not refund the unused portion of a period you have chosen to cancel, because access continues to the end of it.
- If we discontinue the Pro plan or fail to provide the Service, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges are always refunded in full.
How to request a refund
Email support@aiprompthandbook.com from the address on your account, telling us which payment you mean. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If the Service is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of the timeframes above. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
