Evaluation Portfolio Builder

Help me build a professional portfolio that demonstrates my
teaching effectiveness for [PURPOSE: annual evaluation / National
Board certification / promotion / job search / tenure].

1. Identify what evidence to collect:

2. Write reflective narratives that:
   - Connect evidence to specific standards or domains
   - Demonstrate growth over time
   - Show impact on student learning
   - Use professional language aligned to the framework
   - Are concise (1 page per domain maximum)

3. Organize the portfolio:
   - Table of contents structure
   - How to present evidence clearly
   - Digital vs. physical format recommendations
   - What to include and what to leave out
