Help me prepare for a difficult conversation with a

5. Potential objections or pushback and how to respond
6. Collaborative problem-solving language ("How can we work
   together to...")
7. Specific proposals or solutions to offer
8. Closing -- clear next steps and follow-up plan
9. De-escalation phrases if emotions run high
10. Boundaries -- what I will and won't agree to

Also provide:
- Body language and tone reminders
- What NOT to say (common mistakes in difficult conversations)
- How to document the conversation afterward
- When to involve administration or additional support
