Help me assess whether my business is ready to scale.

Current state:

Assess readiness across these dimensions:

1. Product/Service Readiness:
   - Can I deliver at 2x, 5x, 10x volume?
   - What breaks first as I scale?
   - Is my offering standardized enough?
   - Quality consistency at scale?

2. Operational Readiness:
   - Are my processes documented and repeatable?
   - Can someone besides me run day-to-day operations?
   - Do I have the right tools and systems?
   - Where are the bottlenecks?

3. Financial Readiness:
   - Do I have the capital to invest in growth?
   - Can my cash flow support the scaling period?
   - Are my unit economics healthy?
   - Do I understand my true costs?

4. Team Readiness:
   - Do I have the right people (or a hiring plan)?
   - Am I the bottleneck?
   - Delegation and management systems in place?

5. Market Readiness:
   - Is there enough demand?
   - Can I acquire customers at scale?
   - Am I in a growing or shrinking market?

6. Personal Readiness:
   - Am I willing to change my role?
   - Can I handle the stress and uncertainty?
   - Is this what I actually want?

For each dimension:
- Rate readiness: Ready / Needs Work / Not Ready
- Specific gaps to address
- Actions to close the gap
- Timeline for each action

Give me an overall readiness score and a "scale when..." checklist.
