Quarterly Goals & OKR Setter

Help me set goals and OKRs for the next quarter.

Business context:
- Business type: [DESCRIPTION]

- Biggest win last quarter: [WIN]
- Biggest challenge last quarter: [CHALLENGE]

My priorities for next quarter:

For each priority, create an OKR:
- Objective (qualitative, inspiring goal)
- 3-4 Key Results (specific, measurable outcomes)
- Key initiatives (specific projects or actions)
- Owner (if I have a team)
- Weekly lead indicators (how I'll know I'm on track)

Also provide:
- A "not doing" list (things to explicitly deprioritize)
- Weekly check-in template for reviewing progress
- End-of-quarter evaluation criteria

Keep it manageable -- I'm a [SOLO OPERATOR/SMALL TEAM], not
a corporation. Maximum 3 objectives with 3-4 key results each.
