Write captions for listing photographs.

Photo list and what each shows:

For each photo produce:
- A caption of 8-15 words
- Property-focused, specific to what is visible
- Adds information the photo does not convey on its own

Rules:
- Never describe who would use a space ("kids' room", "man cave",
  "in-law suite" — all problematic for different reasons)
- Use the room's function neutrally: "third bedroom", "lower level
  flex space", "secondary living area"
- No invented detail — if I have not told you the countertop
  material, do not name it
- No aspirational scene-setting about the imagined occupant
