Automated Regression Suite Maintenance

Help me clean up and optimize our automated regression suite.

5. Recommend test data isolation improvements
6. Propose a tagging strategy (smoke, regression, feature area, platform)
7. Create a maintenance schedule (how often to review and clean up)
