Generate test cases for Dynamic Type (iOS) and font scaling (Android).

FOR EACH SIZE:
1. Screenshot comparison (does it look right?)
2. Text truncation check (is content cut off?)
3. Overlap check (do elements collide?)
4. Scroll check (can the user reach all content?)
5. Functionality check (do all buttons still work?)
