Act on User Reviews & Feedback

Background: Native [platform] app live on the store. Here's a batch of
recent reviews / support messages: [paste them, or describe themes and
ratings trend].

Use case: Turn this feedback into prioritized action and a response plan.

Implementation details:
- Cluster the feedback into themes (bugs, missing features, UX confusion,
  pricing, performance) and quantify how common each is
- Separate vocal-minority requests from issues affecting many users
- Cross-reference with analytics/crash data to validate what's real
- Draft responses to key reviews (especially negative ones) that are
  genuine and may recover the rating
- Decide what feeds the roadmap (12.5) vs what to decline

Deliverable: A themed, prioritized summary of the feedback, which items
are roadmap-worthy vs not (with reasoning), and draft replies to the most
important reviews.
