Build a Feature Prioritization Matrix

Background: I have more features than time for my [app type]. I need to
sequence them objectively instead of by gut feel.

Use case: Help me prioritize this backlog using a scoring framework.

Feature backlog:

Implementation details:
- Use RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort) or MoSCoW—recommend which
  fits a solo/small-team mobile build and explain why
- Factor in mobile-specific effort: app store review cycles, the cost of
  shipping a fix (you can't hotfix native like a website), and platform
  parity work if I'm building for both iOS and Android
- Call out dependencies (feature B can't ship before feature A)

Deliverable: A scored, ranked table of features, a recommended build
order grouped into releases (MVP, v1.1, v2), and a short explanation of
any non-obvious ranking.
