The System Integration Planner

Help me plan how these systems should connect.

Provide:
1. Where the systems need to share data and why
2. The integration approach at a high level (API, middleware, native,
   manual)
3. The "source of truth" question for shared data
4. The risks (fragility, cost, maintenance) of over-integrating
5. What to integrate now vs live with for now

Focus on the integrations that remove real pain, and warn me against a
fragile web of connections that's costly to maintain. Flag where technical
architecture input is needed.
