Help me manage the human side of rolling out this new system.

   which apply here
2. How to involve users early so it fits their real work
3. The training and support that drives actual adoption
4. How to get momentum (champions, quick wins, visible leadership use)
5. How to measure adoption, not just deployment

The system succeeds only if people use it well — most of the risk is
adoption, not installation. Focus me there.
