Help me craft a sharp elevator pitch.

Provide:
1. A 30-second version that's clear and compelling
2. A 10-second version for when that's all I get
3. The hook that earns the next 30 seconds
4. How to make it about them, not just me
5. A natural close that opens a conversation

Cut every word that isn't earning its place, and make the value obvious
fast.
