1. Where bias could enter (training data, proxies, feedback loops, the
   framing of the task)
2. Which groups could be unfairly affected, and how
3. How to test the outputs for disparate impact
4. Where a human must review and own the decision
5. The safeguards, transparency, and accountability to put in place

Keep the accountability with people and focus on avoiding real harm. Flag
uses that may be legally regulated and need counsel. See
Section 17 on responsible AI adoption.
