Provide:
1. Where the ethical risks concentrate (which tiers, regions, materials)
2. What I can realistically see vs what's hidden deeper in the chain
3. The due diligence proportionate to the risk
4. How to work with suppliers to improve vs just dropping them
5. The reputational and legal exposure of the biggest risks

Focus on the highest-risk parts of the chain, and on genuine improvement
over box-ticking audits. Flag where modern-slavery or similar laws apply.
