Design the cheapest experiment to test my riskiest assumption.

Provide:
1. A sharper statement of the hypothesis and what would prove/disprove it
2. The smallest, fastest experiment that would give a real signal
3. The success/failure threshold set in advance (so I don't rationalise)
4. What real evidence looks like (behaviour and money) vs vanity signals
   (likes, "great idea!")
5. What I'd learn and do next depending on the result

Push me toward tests of actual behaviour, not opinions — people lie to be
nice.
