2. The riskiest assumptions the whole idea rests on
3. Whether people would actually pay (and how much) vs just say they like
   it
4. The cheapest experiments to test the riskiest assumptions
5. An honest read: promising, needs reshaping, or fatally flawed — and why

Be a constructive sceptic. I'd rather find the fatal flaw now than after
quitting my job.
