The Candidate Evaluation Framework

Help me evaluate these candidates objectively and decide.

Provide:
1. An assessment of each against the criteria, using the evidence
2. Where I might be swayed by bias (similarity, halo, recency, polish)
3. The genuine trade-offs between candidates
4. What's still unknown and worth checking (references, a further
   exercise)
5. A recommendation with the reasoning — including "none of these" if
   true

Keep me honest about evaluating against the job's needs, not who I'd most
like to have a coffee with.
