The Interview Question Designer

Design interview questions that reveal whether a candidate can actually do
this job.

The role and key competencies: [DESCRIBE]
What I need to find out: [SKILLS, JUDGMENT, VALUES FIT, MOTIVATION]

Provide:
1. Behavioural questions (past behaviour predicts future) for each key
   competency
2. A realistic scenario/work-sample question that simulates the job
3. What a strong vs weak answer sounds like for each
4. The follow-up probes to get past rehearsed answers
5. The questions to avoid (illegal, biasing, or useless "gotchas")

Prioritise evidence of real capability over charisma and interview polish.
Flag any question type that could raise legal/discrimination issues.
