1. A compelling summary of the role and its impact (not a boilerplate
   intro)
2. The real responsibilities and what success looks like
3. Genuine requirements, separated from wish-list padding that shrinks the
   pool
4. What makes this role and company worth joining
5. Inclusive language that widens rather than narrows the candidate pool

Focus on outcomes and impact over a list of duties. Flag any requirement
that might screen out good candidates unnecessarily.
