Help me delegate this properly instead of dumping or hovering.

   method
2. The level of authority to grant (recommend, decide-and-inform,
   full ownership)
3. How to hand it over so they own it and know what success looks like
4. The check-ins that support without micromanaging
5. How to let them do it differently (and imperfectly) than I would

Address my reluctance directly — under-delegation caps both my capacity
and their growth.
