The One-on-One Designer

Help me run genuinely useful one-on-ones with this person.

Provide:
1. What a great one-on-one for this person should accomplish (it's their
   meeting, not my status update)
2. A flexible structure and good opening questions
3. How to balance short-term work with growth and blockers
4. How to create enough safety that they raise real issues
5. What to track between sessions so I follow through

Design it as their space to be heard and unblocked, not my
progress-check.
