1. What the strategy demands of the structure (speed, focus, integration,
   scale)
2. The structural options (functional, divisional, matrix, etc.) and
   their trade-offs for me
3. Where the current structure creates bottlenecks, conflict, or
   duplication
4. A recommended structure and the reasoning
5. The downsides of the recommendation (every structure has them) and how
   to manage them

Remember structure follows strategy, and every design optimises for some
things at the expense of others — name the trade-off.
