The Cross-Functional Collaboration Designer

Help me get these functions to work together instead of in silos.

The functions/teams: [DESCRIBE]
The shared goal they keep failing at: [DESCRIBE]
The friction: [MISALIGNED INCENTIVES, HAND-OFFS, TURF, COMMS]

Provide:
1. Why the silos exist (usually incentives and structure, not attitude)
2. Where the hand-offs and misalignments cause failure
3. How to align goals and incentives across the functions
4. The coordination mechanisms that would help (shared metrics, forums,
   roles)
5. The first structural change to make collaboration the path of least
   resistance

Fix the system that rewards siloed behaviour, not just ask people to
"collaborate more."
