3. The specific, behavioural language to use (facts and impact, not
   character)
4. How to make it a two-way conversation, not a verdict
5. How to land a clear expectation and a path forward
6. How to handle the likely defensive reaction

Give me the actual phrasing for the hardest moments, and remind me to
separate observation from interpretation.
