Help me understand what actually motivates this person/team and how to
lead accordingly.

3. What would genuinely motivate them (vs what I assume)
4. The difference between removing dissatisfaction and creating real
   motivation
5. Practical changes to how I lead or structure their work

Warn me against projecting my own motivators onto them.
