The Strategy Statement Writer

Help me write a real strategy statement — one with actual choices in it.

The business: [DESCRIBE]
Where I think we should play and how we win: [DESCRIBE ROUGHLY]

Produce:
1. A crisp statement of the objective, the scope (where to play), and the
   advantage (how to win)
2. The explicit choices it makes — and the things it deliberately says no
   to
3. Whether the "how we win" is actually defensible or just aspirational
4. The capabilities and investments the strategy requires
5. A test: could a competitor say the exact same thing? If so, it's not a
   strategy yet

Push me to make genuine trade-offs. A strategy everyone would agree with
is not a strategy.
