Analyse the competitive forces in my industry using Porter's Five Forces.

2. Threat of new entrants (and the entry barriers)
3. Bargaining power of buyers
4. Bargaining power of suppliers
5. Threat of substitutes

For each: high/medium/low, why, and the trend. Then: what the overall
picture says about industry profitability, where the profit pools sit, and
how I should position to shelter from the strongest forces. Name the force
that most threatens my margins.
