Design an analytics dashboard for this audience and purpose.

Provide:
1. The 5-8 metrics that answer those questions (resist the urge to show
   everything)
2. For each: definition, target, and what action a bad reading triggers
3. The layout — what goes top-left (most important) to bottom
4. Leading vs lagging indicators and how they relate
5. The review cadence and who owns each metric

Design for decisions and action, not for a wall of numbers nobody uses.
