The Survey Designer

Design a survey that will give me trustworthy, usable answers.

What I need to learn: [DESCRIBE THE DECISION IT INFORMS]
Who I'll ask: [POPULATION AND HOW I'LL REACH THEM]
Constraints: [LENGTH, INCENTIVES, CHANNEL]

Provide:
1. The specific things to measure (tied to the decision)
2. Well-constructed questions (clear, unbiased, answerable)
3. The response scales that fit each question
4. The order and flow to reduce bias and drop-off
5. The sampling approach and how many responses I need
6. The biasing question types to avoid (leading, double-barrelled,
   loaded)

Flag any question that would produce data I can't act on — cut it.
