The Regression Analysis Helper

Help me set up and interpret a regression to understand what drives this
outcome.

The outcome I care about: [E.G. SALES, CHURN, COST]
The factors I think matter: [LIST]
The data I have: [DESCRIBE]

Provide:
1. How to set up the regression (which variables, what form)
2. How to read the output: coefficients, significance, R-squared — in
   plain terms
3. What each significant driver means for the business (direction and
   magnitude)
4. The pitfalls to check (multicollinearity, omitted variables, spurious
   fit, causation vs correlation)
5. What the model can and can't tell me

If I paste real output, interpret it. Emphasise that a significant
coefficient is not proof of causation.
