Set up a continuous improvement approach for my operation/team.

   theatre)
2. How to surface, prioritise, and act on improvement ideas from the
   people doing the work
3. The metrics to track improvement without gaming
4. How to make improvements stick (standardise, don't backslide)
5. The first three improvements to run to build momentum

Design it so front-line people own it — top-down improvement programs
usually die.
