1. The service levels promised and whether they're actually adequate for
   my needs
2. What happens when they miss (remedies, credits — and whether they mean
   anything)
3. The gaps — what's not covered that should be
4. The lock-in, exit, and data terms
5. The clauses to renegotiate and reasonable asks

Flag where the SLA looks reassuring but the remedies are toothless, and
note where legal review is needed.
