Design an operations dashboard that shows whether the operation is
healthy.

Provide:
1. The handful of KPIs that actually reflect operational health (not
   vanity metrics)
2. For each: how it's calculated, the target, and what a bad reading
   signals
3. Leading indicators (predict problems) vs lagging (confirm them)
4. How they trade off against each other (e.g. speed vs quality)
5. A simple dashboard layout and review cadence

Keep it to the vital few — a dashboard nobody reads is worse than none.
