Map this process so I can see how the work actually flows.

2. The hand-offs, decision points, and where things wait
3. The likely bottleneck and the steps that add no value
4. The cycle time vs value-added time (how much is just waiting)
5. Where errors and rework most likely creep in

Present it as a clear step-by-step flow I could turn into a diagram, and
point to the two or three steps worth attacking first.
