The Non-Accountant's Financial Briefing

I have to discuss these financials in a meeting and I'm not an accountant.
Prepare me.

1. The three or four numbers I absolutely must understand and be able to
   explain
2. What each one means in one sentence a non-finance person would accept
3. The likely questions I'll be asked, with answers
4. The traps — where I could say something technically wrong and lose
   credibility
5. Two intelligent questions I can ask to sound like I know what I'm doing

Assume I'm smart but rusty. Prioritise not embarrassing myself over
completeness.
