2. What "reasonable fee" considerations bear on this
3. Options: bill time actually spent, bill value, restructure to
   fixed fee — with the argument for and against each
4. What clients should be told, and when
5. How sophisticated clients are likely to respond, and what they
   will start asking for
6. Whether AI tooling costs are billable disbursements or overhead
7. What to put in the engagement letter

Do not assert what any bar requires. Give me the considerations and
the arguments. This is a conversation to have with my firm and my
ethics counsel, and the answer will shape the practice for years.
