The Professional Responsibility Review

Review the following proposed use of AI against professional
conduct considerations.

Address each of these as a question to work through:
1. Competence — does this use require technical understanding I
   lack, and what would competence look like here
2. Confidentiality — what is disclosed, to whom, under what terms
3. Candour to the tribunal — what could go into a filing that I
   cannot personally vouch for
4. Supervision — if a junior or non-lawyer uses this, what
   supervision is required
5. Fees — how is AI-assisted time billed, and is that consistent
   with a reasonable fee
6. Communication — does the client need to know
7. Unauthorised practice — any issue where the tool is doing
   something that looks like practising

For each, give me the question to answer and the considerations
that bear on it. Do NOT tell me the rule in my jurisdiction — cite
nothing and assert nothing about any bar's requirements. This is a
structure for a conversation with my ethics counsel.
