Help me build a disclosure schedule against the warranties
below.

4. Disclosures that are too vague to be effective, with what
   detail is missing
5. General versus specific disclosures, kept separate
6. A cross-reference check so each disclosure points to the
   right warranty
7. Open items to confirm with the client before finalising

- Use ONLY the facts I supply; do NOT invent disclosures
- Do NOT opine on whether a disclosure is legally sufficient
  to defeat a claim — that is my judgement
- Do NOT cite authority or state what the law requires
