The Privilege Log Builder

Help me build a privilege log structure and draft entries
from the material below.

Withheld or redacted documents:

Produce:
1. A log structure with the standard columns: document ID,
   date, author, recipients, others copied, type, privilege
   asserted, and description
2. For each entry, a description that conveys enough to
   support the claim without disclosing the privileged
   content itself
3. A flag on any entry where the basis for privilege is
   unclear from what I have supplied, marked [CONFIRM BASIS]
4. Entries where a privilege may have been waived by the
   recipient list — flagged for my review, not decided
5. Documents that look only partially privileged and may need
   redaction rather than withholding
6. A consistency check across descriptions

Constraints:
- Work only from what I supply; do NOT invent authors, dates,
  or recipients
- Do NOT decide whether privilege applies — that is my call
- Do NOT cite any rule or state what the law requires
- Flag jurisdiction-dependent points as [CHECK LOCAL RULE]
