The Research Log Builder

Help me build a research log for this question so my work is
traceable and verifiable.

Produce a log structure with:
1. A row format capturing, for each search: date, database,
   search string, filters, and result count
2. A findings format: authority located, proposition it
   addresses, pinpoint, and whether I have read it in full
3. A verification column confirming each authority was opened
   in a primary source, not relied on second-hand
4. A "negative results" section — searches that found
   nothing, which matters as much as what was found
5. An open-questions list for issues not yet resolved
6. A dead-ends note so I do not repeat searches
7. A sign-off line recording who checked the trail

Do NOT populate this with any authority, search result, or
citation — you cannot look anything up. Produce the empty
structure only. I run the searches and fill it in.
