Audit the defined terms in the agreement below.

1. Every defined term, where defined, and where used
2. Terms defined but never used
3. Capitalised terms used but never defined
4. Terms defined more than once, with both definitions
5. Terms used inconsistently — capitalised in some places, not in
   others
6. Circular definitions
7. Definitions that are substantive obligations disguised as
   definitions
8. Cross-references that do not resolve to anything

For each problem, quote the location and state the fix.

This is a mechanical audit. Do not comment on commercial terms.
