Help me optimize the skills section of my resume.

My current skills list:

1. Categorize my skills into groups (e.g., Technical Skills,
   Software, Leadership, Industry Knowledge)
2. Identify which of my skills match the job requirements
   and should be listed first
3. Suggest skills I may have that I forgot to include
   (based on my role and industry)
4. Remove or de-emphasize skills that are irrelevant to
   the target role
5. Recommend the right level of specificity (e.g., "Python"
   not just "programming"; "Salesforce CRM" not just "CRM")
6. Suggest the optimal number of skills to list (not too
   few, not too many)
7. Flag any skills that might date me or signal the wrong
   level (e.g., listing Microsoft Word in 2026)
