4. Specific activities matched to my available hours, distinguishing
   what genuinely builds capability from what only builds a CV
5. What to say no to
6. Who I need in my professional network and how to approach them
7. How to evidence progress for appraisal and revalidation
8. Review points and what would make me change the plan

Be realistic about clinical workload. A plan that assumes free
evenings is a plan that fails.
