   what data
5. Measures: outcome, process, and balancing (what might get worse)
6. Stakeholders to engage and what each needs to hear
7. The likely sources of resistance and how to address them
8. Sustainability plan for when the project team moves on

Be realistic about what one clinician with limited time can
actually achieve.
