Requirements:
- Lead with the thing they most want to know, not with background
- One core idea, explained with an everyday comparison
- Address the two or three fears patients commonly have about this,
  including the ones they do not voice
- Short paragraphs and sentences
- No jargon without immediate plain-language definition
- No medication names, doses, or numerical targets — I will add
  those myself
- End with "what happens next" and "when to call us urgently"

Tone: calm, respectful, not patronising. Assume intelligence,
not knowledge.
