The Handover Document Generator

Produce a structured clinical handover from my rough notes.

Handover type: [SHIFT CHANGE / WEEKEND / TRANSFER OF CARE /
ESCALATION]
Format: [ISBAR / SBAR / SITUATIONAL / LOCAL FORMAT]
Recipient: [ROLE]
Number of patients: [NUMBER]

Notes:
[PASTE DE-IDENTIFIED NOTES]

For each patient produce:
- Identifier as I have given it (bed number or initials only)
- Situation: one line
- Background: two lines maximum
- Assessment: current status and trajectory
- Recommendation: specific actions, with timing and who does them
- Watch-for: the thing that would change the plan

Then produce a priority order across all patients, with a one-line
reason for the ordering.

Do not add clinical detail. Where my input is unclear, mark it
"[UNCLEAR — CLARIFY]" rather than guessing.
