Below is my organisation's policy on the use of AI tools.

1. Summarise what is explicitly permitted
2. Summarise what is explicitly prohibited
3. Identify the grey areas the policy does not address
4. For each grey area, tell me what question I should ask and
   who I should ask it of
5. Produce a one-page "what I can and cannot do" summary I could
   share with colleagues

Be conservative in your interpretation. Where the policy is
ambiguous, describe the stricter reading first.
