Turn an Exported Ticket into a Prompt Library

I'm pasting a well-written ticket that my team considers a gold standard example. Turn it into a set of reusable prompts that I can use to generate similar tickets for any feature.

Each prompt should:

- Include instructions that enforce our naming patterns and standards
- Be ready to copy-paste and fill in the blanks
