Dependency Map Generator

Identify and map dependencies for this set of stories.

1. Technical dependencies (must be built before this)

3. Data dependencies (needs data from another story)
4. Deployment dependencies (must be released in order)

Then provide:
- Recommended build order
- Which stories can be developed in parallel
- Critical path (longest chain of dependencies)
- Risks if any dependency is delayed
